Maxville Manor is proud to announce the launch of our transformative $68 million redevelopment project — a bold and visionary initiative that will significantly enhance our facilities and elevate the quality of care we provide to seniors across Eastern Ontario.

This multi-year, four-phase project will see Maxville Manor grow from 122 to 160 long-term care beds. Our redevelopment plan reflects a commitment to building not just a larger space, but a better one — focused on comfort, community, and care.

At the heart of this transformation is a shift to a more intimate, home-like model of care. Resident rooms will be grouped in clusters of 16, designed to foster deeper connections and a strong sense of belonging. The redeveloped Manor will also include modern, state-of-the-art amenities: improved heating, ventilation, and infection control systems, enhanced accessibility, upgraded parking and outdoor areas, and advanced technology to support both residents and staff.

This project will be constructed over several years to ensure minimal disruption to the people who matter most — our residents. Every step of the way, we remain dedicated to their comfort, safety, and well-being.
