Redevelopment & Foundation

Join us on our Journey...

Maxville Manor is planning for a 4-phase redevelopment, starting in the Spring of 2025, that will take approximately 40 months. The plan ensures that residents move only one time and remain comfortable in their HOME.

Currently, over 40,000 Ontario residents sit on wait lists for long-term care home. As a sought after not-for-profit home, our residents benefit from our re-investment in care. We offer approximately 20% more hours of direct daily care per resident compared to for-profit homes, countless community services and an innovative and unmatched service delivery model.

When you support this campaign, you can trust that you are making a difference in the lives of seniors, investing in the future of your community and allowing Maxville Manor to offer an exemplary campus of care and service long into the future.

Maxville Manor Foundation

Maxville Manor Foundation was created in 2000. Overseen by a Board of Directors, its mission is to create public awareness and generate financial support to fund ongoing development, special projects, and future initiatives at Maxville Manor. Funds raised by the Foundation help to improve the overall quality of life for seniors and adults with special needs living at Maxville Manor, in our community and across Eastern Ontario.

The Foundation depends highly on generous donations and participation in our events and activities by staff, volunteers, residents and their families, and the community at large. To learn more about Manor activities and events follow us social media

Over the next 5 years, the Foundation will be highly focused on supporting Maxville Manor’s redevelopment. This project is estimated at $68 million, and we will need the support of our full community to fundraise $11 million through our TOGETHER fundraising campaign.
