The Manor operates a separate apartment development directly adjacent to the Manor itself. These residential units are available on a “life lease” basis and are meant for the independent Senior looking for a secure and care free living environment. These modern apartment units continue to be home for independent Seniors.

Your apartment has been designed to offer maximum comfort and living enjoyment, in the idyllic setting of an Eastern Ontario village.
Unlike owning your own home, life at Glen Garden Village is completely maintenance free. No more mowing the lawn or shoveling snow! And unlike living in an apartment, any repairs to the building or appliances are carried out immediately no extra cost to you. And if something cannot be fixed satisfactorily, it is replaced – no arguments.
All apartments include a washer and dryer, a refrigerator and stove. Some units may include central air-conditioning and/or a propane-fired fireplace.
Please note that the ownership of the apartments stays with Maxville Manor. As such, all necessary repairs and replacements are covered by the Manor.
Glen Garden Village is a wholly owned and operated division of Maxville Manor, providing a unique housing opportunity for seniors in the area.
The apartments at Glen Garden Village are offered on a “Life-Lease” basis. Two sizes of apartments are currently available – The Briar Series, at approximately 968 sq. ft., and The Highlander Series at just under 1,200 sq. ft.
When a senior couple or individual have determined that they want to live at Glen Garden Village, they will need to place a deposit to secure the unit. Just prior to taking occupancy, the balance of the occupancy price will need to be paid.
